EPOCAST® void fillers are produced in a range of densities to meet a variety of performance and handling requirements. Many of our edge sealing materials feature easy-to-apply viscosities, as well as sag-resistance properties for use on vertical surfaces. EPOCAST® laminating systems are designed for use in the manufacturing and repair of composite radomes, fairings, flight control surfaces, and cargo/cabin panels. These systems offer excellent mechanical strength and many are flame-retardant.

The ACOUSTIFLEX® family of formulated polyurethane systems is developed to deliver lightweight acoustic insulation and absorption in transportation-related acoustic applications. ACOUSTIFLEX® systems can provide benefits including a range of functionalities with regard to transmission loss, acoustic absorption or dynamic noise vibration damping, good thermal insulation performance, and compliance with the low emission standards for most OEMs. These systems may be used in a range of acoustic applications including flexible high-resiliency and viscoelastic foam carpet underlay, dash insulators and stuffer pads, as well as semi-rigid foam, wheelhouse, transmission tunnel and pillar cavity fill insulators and elastomeric, heavy layer noise barriers.
