STEPANQUAT® 200 is a quaternary used for odor control in water reclamation. Stepanquat 200 is miscible with soft and hard water (400 ppm caco3) in all proportions, as well as with alcohol and acetone in all proportions. Stepanquat 200 is insoluble in ether, benzene, petroleum, and/or chloroform. Stepanquat 200, at the recommended use level, does not contribute to the corrosion of metal compounds.

This NSF/ANSI 61* listed for potable water use, FDA Food Contact compliant, injection moldable grade exhibits good surface appearance, high ductility, and good impact resistance along with low moisture absorption, creep resistance, dimensional stability, and hydrolytic stability. NORYL™ 731F resin is an excellent candidate for a variety of water management applications such as valves, filtration components, and water meter internals. This product does not contain PFAS intentionally added during SHPP’s manufacturing process and are not expected to contain unintentional PFAS impurities. SABIC's Specialties Business ULTEM™ Resin 1010 is an unreinforced amorphous polyetherimide (PEI) resin that offers a high glass transition temperature (Tg) of 217°C and improved flow. Its features include excellent mechanical, electrical, and dimensional properties up to high temperatures. The material also offers very good chemical resistance for an amorphous material and is inherently flame retardant, offering UL94 V0 and 5V ratings as well as aerospace FAR 25.853 compliance. ULTEM™ Resin 1010 is RoHS compliant, and the natural, uncolored material is halogen-free according to standards IEC 61249-2-21, IPC 4101E, and JEDEC JS709B. Compliance for colored variants needs to be checked on a case-by-case basis. The base material is transparent amber-colored but is also available in custom colors, both transparent and opaque. SABIC's Specialties Business LEXAN™ EXL1494T polycarbonate (PC) siloxane copolymer resin is an injection molding grade with FDA and EU food contact compliance. This resin offers extreme low temperature (-40 C) ductility in combination with medium flow characteristics, improved release and excellent processability with opportunities for shorter IM cycle times compared to standard PC. LEXAN™ EXL1494T resin is available in transparent and opaque colors and is an excellent candidate for a broad range of food contact applications. Evonik Polymer VS 200 consists of vinyl-terminated polydimethylsiloxanes available in different viscosity levels and molecular weights, with an impressively low content of volatile constituents. These polymers serve as fundamental components in silicone formulations that cure through a platinum-catalyzed addition reaction with silicone crosslinkers containing SiH groups. The minimal presence of volatile constituents and the crosslinking mechanism ensure that curing shrinkage remains low, and no volatile or corrosive substances are generated during the curing process.
