StanChem Polymers SC 6044 is a high solids, medium hand, all acrylic and self-crosslinking emulsion. SC 6044 provides outstanding durability to washing and dry cleaning.

StanChem Polymers SC 6445 is an acrylic copolymer emulsion that exhibits excellent UV resistance, good solvent resistance, good pigment binding and SC 6445 being carboxylated, can be cross-linked with melamine.

StanChem Polymers SC 6016 is self-crosslinking acrylic emulsion when the polymer is cured at temperatures of 300 – 350 °F, depending on the time and temperature of cure. Added acid catalyst can increase the rate of cure.

StanChem Polymers SC 6477 is a highly efficient, alkali-swellable acrylic emulsion that is recommended for thickening synthetic emulsions. SC 6477 can be incorporated directly into a binder system. Thickening begins with the addition of ammonia, sodium hydroxide or an amine to raise the pH to 7.0-8.0 for maximum thickening.

StanChem Polymers SC 5019 is a HEC stabilized, vinyl acetate emulsion with very high molecular weight and a highly branched structure. SC 5019 exhibits good water resistance and high electrolyte tolerance. SC 5019 is recommended for use in the production of paper laminating adhesives, joint cement and textile sizing.

AEROSIL® R 202 is a hydrophobic fumed silica grade, treated with a polydimethylsiloxane. This product can be used in defoamer formulations for sedimentation stabilization and due to its high hydrophobicity as defoaming component.

AEROSIL® R 812 is hydrophobic fumed silica grade treated with HMDS (Hexamethyldisilazane). It can be used for sedimentation stabilization and due to its high hydrophobicity as defoaming agent.

AEROSIL® 200 is a hydrophilic fumed silica with a specific surface area of 200 m²/g.

AEROSIL® R 805 is a high thickening fumed silica surface treated with OCTMO.

AEROSIL® R 972 is hydrophobic fumed silica grade treated with DDS (Dichlordimethylsilane). The moderate hydrophobicity of these AEROSIL® products is suited for defoaming properties in the presence of appropriate hydrophobic liquids. They are recomended for improving the sedimentation stability of defoamer dispersions as well.

Flyadd® AY20 is a liquid-type compounded anti-yellowing agent that can increase the thermal resistance and anti-aging properties of PU products. This highly efficient product has excellent anti-thermal oxygen and ultraviolet absorption functions and can effectively inhibit the yellowing caused by high-temperature processing or ultraviolet light.

VINNAPAS® eco CA 5880 is a sustainable solution that promotes the conservation of fossil resources by enabling the substitution of fossil-based raw materials with certified sustainable renewable feedstock. This substitution process adheres to the REDcert² mass balance approach and is independently audited by a third party. The precise amount of fossil raw material replaced varies depending on the specific product version and is documented in the corresponding certificate.

VINNAPAS® eco CA 55 is an environmentally conscious product that helps conserve fossil resources. When purchasing this product, it is possible to replace up to 100% of the fossil-based raw materials used in its manufacturing with sustainably certified renewable feedstock. This substitution process follows the REDcert² mass balance approach, which is audited by TÜV Nord. The specific amount of fossil raw material replaced depends on the chosen product version and is specified in the REDcert² certificate.

VINNAPAS® CA 5588 is an aqueous polymer dispersion based on vinyl acetate and ethylene. It is particularly suited for carpet binder applications where a medium-firm hand is required. The dispersion combines a very high solid content with a low viscosity—a combination that permits the addition of very high filler loadings, resulting in adhesive formulations with high solid contents of 80 percent or even greater. VINNAPAS® CA 5588 is not produced with any added organic solvents, plasticizers, or formaldehyde donors.

Texicryl® 13-223 is a self crosslinking styrene acrylic copolymer emulsion. It has high solvent as well as dry clean resistance. This product has been developed for use in textile and non woven applications where a medium soft handle is required.

Texicryl® 13-217 is an APEO free self-crosslinking acrylic copolymer emulsion characterised by a soft film giving, after crosslinking, a high resistance to washing and to primed or printed fabrics. It is ideal for the manufacturing of non woven fabrics and as flocking adhesive by spraying, in full bath or by foaming.

Texicryl® 13-219 is a self-crosslinking styrene acrylic copolymer emulsion for use as a binder in the manufacture of spray-bonded synthetic fiber waddings. This product is also ideal as a stiffener for window blinds. It has been developed for use in surface bonding and through-bonding of synthetic fiber wadding.

Rovene 9410 is a very soft carboxylated styrene-butadiene emulsion specifically designed for formulation of pressure sensitive adhesives. It is used in the formulation of pressure sensitive adhesives with a wide variety of tackifiers. Rovene 9410 has a unique balance of molecular weight and styrene content, which makes it ideal for blending with natural rubber and formulation of low temperature adhesives.

Rovene 6005 is a very soft acrylic, high molecular weight latex emulsion specifically designed for formulation of pressure sensitive permanent label adhesives. Its high molecular weight allows the formulation of permanent label adhesives which are high in peel and tack, yet require a minimum amount of tackifier. Rovene 6005 was designed to give excellent performance and compatibility with a wide variety of dispersed tackifiers. Rovene 6005’s high molecular weight also provides improved wet crock of inks printed on nonwoven and textile substrates in the Printing and Packaging market.

Rovene 4305 is a styrene-butadiene emulsion polymer recommended for non-woven and textile applications that require a soft yet strong backcoating. It gives good adhesion to polyester as well as cellulosic substrates. Rovene 4305 offers outstanding water and solvent resistance especially when formulated with external crosslinkers.

Rovene 5550 is a self crosslinking carboxylated styrene-butadiene emulsion that as a soft, resilient hand with outstanding strength properties. This binder is specially suited for various textile and coating applications. Rovene 5550 imparts excellent water and solvent resistance, excellent tensile strength and good adhesion to a wide variety of fibers. In contrast to conventional styrene-butadiene emulsions, Rovene 5550 has a much faster cure rate. In addition, it can be easily sprayed, is mechanically stable (at pH 8.5 and greater), and is low foaming. Rovene 5550 is used as a primary binder for nonwoven and textile applications in areas such as bonding wet wipes, polishing pads, filters, and facial scrub pads.

Rovene 4021 is a self-crosslinking, carboxylated styrene-butadiene emulsion that has a firm hand with outstanding strength properties. This latex is especially suited for various nonwoven, textile and performance coating applications. Rovene 4021 is an excellent binder where stiffness with toughness and water resistance is required. It also accepts high filler loads of calcium carbonate, clays and alumina trihydrate and still retains excellent tensile strength. Rovene 4021 has the ability to be crosslinked with external crosslinking agents, which will improve the solvent resistance of treated substrates. Rovene 4021 is recommended for applications in textile and needle-punch backcoatings and performance coatings. This hydrophobic emulsion is also recommended as a primary binder for industrial and household floor care and scrub pads as well as for bonding wet wipes, industrial wipes and filters. Rovene 4021 can also be utilized in performance coatings where adhesion to metal surfaces is needed.

RT9721 is Formulated Butene Copolymer which is mainly used in Automotive load floor assembly, Pipe wrap, Specialty packaging, Mattress assembly, Office furniture, Foam bonding.

Cipadur 4203 is a solvent-free polyisocyanate, emulsifiable in water. Recommended for crosslinking aqueous polymer dispersions, such as polyurethane dispersions, polyvinyl acetate (homopolymer and copolymer) and polyacrylate. Crosslinking increases the resistance of the glue to heat, water, plasticizers and many organic solvents.

BG201 is formulated APAO polymer which is mainly used in automotive load floor assembly, headliner components, automotive vibration/sound deadening, carpet backing, specialty packaging, woodworking, foam bonding.

RT9745 is Formulated Butene Copolymer which is mainly used in Automotive load floor, Specialty packaging, Mattress assembly, Foam bonding.
