ZELEC® 887 is a thermally stable lubricant base suitable for textile and metalworking applications. This trimethylolpropane tricaprylate caprate polyol ester provides high and low-temperature performance characteristics and is biodegradable, serving construction and industrial product markets in metal treatment, metal working applications, plastic lubricants, and textile applications.

ZELEC® 874 is an ester that finds utility in a diverse range of metalworking and textile applications. Notably, the product is biodegradable. Furthermore, zelec 874 can be regarded as practically non-toxic when ingested (ld50 > 5g/kg) and shows minimal irritation potential to the skin and eyes. SABIC's Specialties Business LNP LUBRICOMP UFL269SA compound is based on Polyphthalamide (PPA) resin containing 30% glass fiber, 10% PTFE. Added features of this grade include: Wear Resistant, Heat Stabilized, Flame Retardant.

SABIC's Specialties Business ULTEM™ Resin 1010 is an unreinforced amorphous polyetherimide (PEI) resin that offers a high glass transition temperature (Tg) of 217°C and improved flow. Its features include excellent mechanical, electrical, and dimensional properties up to high temperatures. The material also offers very good chemical resistance for an amorphous material and is inherently flame retardant, offering UL94 V0 and 5V ratings as well as aerospace FAR 25.853 compliance. ULTEM™ Resin 1010 is RoHS compliant, and the natural, uncolored material is halogen-free according to standards IEC 61249-2-21, IPC 4101E, and JEDEC JS709B. Compliance for colored variants needs to be checked on a case-by-case basis. The base material is transparent amber-colored but is also available in custom colors, both transparent and opaque. ULTEM™ Resin AUR200G6 is a 30% glass fiber filled ULTEM Utility grade. The grade will have a limited color availability, dark gray to black. The data listed in this data sheet are the lower specification limits, apart from the MFR, CTE, HDT at 1.8 MPa, Density, Tensile strain, Water Absorption, Thermal Conductivity and Shrinkage which are typical data. The MVR of this material at 337 degrees C/6.7 kgf will have a specification between 3 and 7.5 (MFR: 4.2-10.5)
