HALOX® FLASH-X® 330 is a liquid additive that is effective in preventing flash rust and in-can rusting in waterborne protective coatings without the use of nitrites. It is a nitrite-free product that provides excellent flash rust inhibitory performance on various metal substrates and is recommended for use in high-gloss systems. It does not detract from gloss, is easy to use, and can be incorporated at any stage of coating manufacture. Additionally, it can be post-added to any coating system with ease. However, it is important to check compatibility before use, as with any additive.

HALOX® CZ-170 is a versatile pigment used in protective coating systems to inhibit corrosion and tannin staining. With a gloss of over 75 units at 60° and a film thickness of less than 1.0 mils, or 25 microns, HALOX® CZ-170 is a great option for a variety of coating needs. It can be used to protect both metal and wood substrates, making it a universal option for coating systems.

HALOX® FLASH-X® 150 is an effective liquid additive used in the manufacture of water-based protective coatings to inhibit flash rust and in-can rusting. Testing has demonstrated that HALOX® FLASH-X® 150 is highly effective at relatively low loading levels when compared to other flash and in-can rust inhibitors. It has also shown excellent flash rust inhibitive performance on various metal substrates, including iron, steel, galvanized iron, galvalume, and zincalume.
