HALOX® 550 is a liquid organic-inorganic sol-gel corrosion inhibitor designed for corrosion protection in thin film coatings such as water and solvent-based finishes, high gloss DTM, conventional primers, acrylic clear coats, fast-drying lacquers, wash primers, anti-fingerprint coatings, and conversion coatings. It also increases hydrophobicity and is pH stable, making it compatible with both waterborne and solventborne coatings.

HALOX® 700 is a white, non-refractive, corrosion-inhibiting pigment used in protective coatings. It provides extended protection in solvent-based and water-based epoxy and urethane coatings through the combination of zinc and aluminum phosphates. When used in alkyd and acrylic coatings, it is recommended to use it in combination with HALOX® Organic Corrosion Inhibitors for optimal performance.

HALOX® CW-2230 is a white, non-refractive, corrosion-inhibiting pigment used in protective coating systems. It is not recommended for use in immersion or semi-immersion environments. HALOX® CW-2230 has the highest borate content and can be effectively formulated into resins such as medium and long-oil alkyds, epoxy-esters, and modified alkyd systems. HALOX® CW-2230 is compliant with ASTM D 4288-83, specification for calcium borosilicate pigment type 2.

HALOX® 550 WF is a water-free (WF) corrosion inhibitor and adhesion promoter that uses a sol-gel-based formula. It is designed to protect a variety of coatings, including waterborne and solventborne clear coats, glossy direct-to-metal coatings, thin-film coatings, acrylic emulsions, polyurethanes, epoxies, alkyds, water-reducible alkyds, PVB wash primers, and polyester resins. This product is suitable for use in low-pH and acid-catalyzed systems.

HALOX® 350 is a highly active organic corrosion inhibitor with 97–100% solids, specifically designed to prevent flash rust and in-can corrosion while also providing temporary corrosion protection. This product is an effective alternative to toxic nitrite-based flash rust inhibitors. It is in the form of a slightly yellow powder.

HALOX® CW-314 is a heavy metal-free, non-toxic, anti-corrosive pigment designed for use in waterborne and solvent-borne protective coating systems. It is particularly suitable for systems where 21 CFR 175.300 approval or compliance with ANSI or NSF standards is required. HALOX® CW-314 is highly effective in improving the infrared (IR) reflectance and thermal emissivity of elastomeric roof coatings. It enhances the total solar reflectance (TSR) while maintaining dirt pick-up resistance (DPUR) and preventing mildew growth. It can be used alone or in combination with other non-toxic corrosion inhibitors and mineral pigments in the formulation of environmentally friendly specialty paints.

HALOX® Z-PLEX 111 is a corrosion-inhibiting pigment used in protective coating systems that is highly versatile and more cost-effective than commercial zinc phosphate. HALOX® Z-PLEX 111 can provide a higher level of corrosion protection than commercial zinc phosphate when used as an equal-weight replacement.

HALOX® SZP-391 is a white, nonrefractive, corrosion-inhibiting pigment that is highly efficient and versatile. It is recommended for use in a wide variety of resin systems, such as alkyds (both traditional and high solids), epoxies, latexes, water-reducible alkyds, high acid value resins, catalyzed baking systems, and vinylidene chloride latexes. Its fine particle size and low oil absorption make HALOX® SZP-391 the preferred pigment for thin-film applications (<1 mil or 25 microns).

DCL 7168 Anthanthrone Red, PR.168 is a high-performance, bright yellow-shade red pigment for use in high-end coating applications. It is most notably used in exterior architectural systems, as its superior weather fastness in light tones makes it ideal for such applications.

DCL 5454 Phthalocyanine Blue, PB.15:4 is a transparent green-shade blue pigment that is non-crystallizing and stable to high processing temperatures in the presence of aromatic solvents. It is also non-flocculating in mineral oil/vegetable oil, and solvent-based systems. This pigment is recommended for high-grade industrial, agricultural equipment, automotive refinish and OEM, oven-drying coatings, and powder coatings, and is generally used in nitrocellulose and polyamide inks.

DCL 7354 DPP Red, PR.254 is a yellow-shaded DPP that offers excellent opacity, high color saturation, weather resistance, heat stability, acid, alkali, and solvent resistance. It is recommended for high-end coatings and high-end plastics applications, and is FDA compliant for indirect food contact plastic applications.

DCL 1419 Quinacridone Violet, PV.19 is a bright, blue-shaded quinacridone with a similar shade to thioindigo red, and it has excellent overall properties. This pigment is FDA-approved (Section 178.3297) and is recommended for use in inks, high-grade industrial paints, implement enamels, agricultural equipment, and powder coating applications.

DCL 5352 Phthalocyanine Blue, PB.15:2 is an alpha, red-shade phthalocyanine blue that has been treated to provide crystal stability and flocculation resistance with outstanding fastness properties. It is approved by the FDA (Section 178.3297) and is used in general high-grade industrial and agricultural equipment, architectural coatings, and powder coatings.

It is FDA-approved (Section 178.3297) and is used in general high-grade industrial and agricultural equipment, architectural coatings, and powder coatings.

Crestakyd® 41-5009 is a styrene-modified alkyd based upon a blend of mixed non-yellowing oils and supplied as a solution in xylene. It is a very versatile resin that gives paints with high gloss and good resistance properties. It is also used in the marine industry for quick drying coatings.
