Hot polymerized SBR 1009C is recommended for use in calendared products and extruded mechanical goods. It is also widely used in sealants and adhesives.

Kraton D1163 J is a clear linear block copolymer based on styrene and isoprene with bound styrene of 15% mass. It is supplied from Japan in the physical form(s) identified below in the grade nomenclature. Kraton D1163 JSP supplied as dusted, dense pellet. Kraton D1163 J is used as an ingredient in formulating adhesives, sealants and coatings. It may also find use as a modifier of bitumen and polymers.

Calprene 540 is a 60/40 butadiene/styrene thermoplastic copolymer, polymerized in solution and having a linear structure. This product is presented in porous pellets and has excellent optical properties due to its clarity.It is stabilized with a non-staining antioxidant system, FDA approved for use in food contact applications, and is essentially gel free with a very clear color.Calprene 540 is used in adhesive formulation, in thermoplastic injected shoe sole formulations, and transparent compounds.

Nizhnekamskneftekhim ABS Plastic 0445Е is an extruded grade of general purpose with a good rigidity-hardness balance. It is used for production of sheets with high quality surface (co-extruded or not and with high extrusion ratio), applicable for refrigerators, sanitary, packaging, automobile parts, consumer goods and furniture (profiles). It is produced self-colored only, free of additives and dye.

Hot polymerized SBR 1012 elastomer is particularly useful as a binder for fibrous materials. It imparts increased cohesive strength when added to an adhesive mixture.

This applies in particular after mixing resin and curing agent.
