Elvace® 734 is developed as a cost-effective vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer emulsion. This product offers the adhesive formulator many of the exclusive benefits expected from copolymer emulsions such as good specific adhesion and a tough permanently flexible adhesive film. Includes custom features like a faster rate of set and increased water resistance. Overall, the combined features give it a high value to performance ratio.
Elvace® 736 is a vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer forming tough, permanently flexible polymer films. Suitable as a base for low-VOC adhesives, especially for microwave packaging, it has poor borax tolerance but enhanced hydrolysis resistance compared to polyvinyl acetate homopolymers.
Elvace® 40705-00 is a vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer known for forming tough, permanently flexible polymer films. It offers excellent viscosity build with plasticizer addition, superior adhesion to packaging film and foil, and resistance to plasticizer migration and hydrolysis. With low grit content, it is suitable for extrusion applications. Recommended for microwave packaging adhesive formulas, it ensures short bond development times with poor borax tolerance.
