Deuteron® UV 2257 is a solution formulated with Bis-(4-methyl- phenyl)-iodoniumhexafluoro-phosphate dissolved in reactive solvents. This solution utilizes propylene carbonate as a reactive thinner. It boasts no benzene emissions and maintains a low-odor profile, ensuring a more environmentally friendly and user-friendly application.

Deuteron® UV 1240 is a solution formulated with Bis(dodecyl phenyl)-iodonium hexafluoroantimonate dissolved in reactive solvents. The solution includes antimony and utilizes propylene carbonate as a reactive thinner. Notably, it ensures minimal benzene emission and maintains a low odor profile. This solution manifests as a reddish, viscous oil, suitable for various applications within the specified context.

Deuteron® UV 1250 is a photoinitiator with 50.0% active content. In a liquid form, it serves various end uses such as radiation-curable adhesive, flexography ink, varnishes, screen printing ink, and laminating adhesive. The product presents itself as a brownish, viscous liquid, providing versatility in applications requiring photoinitiation properties.

Deuteron® UV 1242 consists of solutions incorporating bis(dodecyl phenyl)-iodonium hexafluoroantimonate dissolved in reactive solvents. The solution utilizes C12/C14 glycidyl ether as a reactive thinner and contains antimony. Notably, it ensures minimal benzene emissions and maintains a low-odor characteristic. MEDOL-10 has a novel unique structure. It was developed for replacement of THFA, tetrahydrofurfuryl acrylate. MEDOL-10 only has exclamation pictogram on REACH. Its viscosity is low enough for many applications like UV inkjet ink. Some of paper said high polarity pendant group induces high curing speed [1]. Dioxolane structure induces high solvency as same as THFA because both THF and dioxolane are good solvent.

MPD Industries UVP 0600 99 is a difunctional Bisphenol A epoxy acrylate. This product is characterized by its light color and high reactivity.It is mainly contributed by the epoxy resin backbone consisting of Bisphenol A and epichlorohydrin reaction product. The two acrylic groups contribute the excellent UV and EB curing properties.

MPD Industries UVP 0225 99 is a aliphatic urethane diacrylate oligomer. Films of UVP 0225 cured by ultraviolet light exhibit good flexibility light color and good adhesion to various substrates. It has excellent resistence to polar solvent and has good chemical resistence.

UVP 0303, Di-­Trimethylol propane tetracrylate (DiTMPTA) is a liquid monomer with fast cure response and low volatility during free radical polymerization.It has a low skin irritancy and high cross density upon curing.

UVP 0825 is tetrafunctional low viscosity acrylated polyester oligomer with low film shrinkage. It has a high cross link density which helps to enhance abrasion and solvent resistence.

ADDAPT_x0001_ PolySurF HPm is a solvent free UV-curable additive. It can also act as a co-polymerisable anionic surfactant and/or adhesion promoter with flame retardant properties. It is a proprietary mixture of Acrylated mono-and di-Phosphate ester; where the reactive Acrylate group is Methacrylate. It has a higher mono-content compared to PolySurF HP

It imparts benefits like: acid resistance, high gloss, excellent pigment wetting, water repellence, film appearance, UV stability and improved adhesion to thermoplastics. It is the Acrylic Acid adduct of the epoxy ester of Versatic Acid.

Omnicat 550 is a highly reactive odorless and benzene free photoinitiator designed for use in cationic curing inks and coatings. It is particularly suited to use in pigmented inks. Omnicat 550 has good solubility in the cycloaliphatic epoxides and oxetane diluents used in cationic UV curing formulations. Omnicat 550 is not sensitized by either hydroxyketone photoiniators, thioxanthones or anthracene derivatives.

bossin® W-05 is a hydrophilic but insoluble in water. It has excellent properties like curing faster, improve the adhesion of metal and plastic. It has an acid value which is higher than B-02.
