Tasnee LD 1925F is a Low Density Polyethylene with a Melt Flow Rate of 2.0 g/10min (190°C/2.16 kg). Tasnee LD 1925F is mainly recommended for crosslinked and non-crosslinked foam applications. It designed to provide uniform cell distribution during LDPE foam extrusion process. Special additive package is used to control the foam cell structure so that uniform cell size and distribution occurred during foam extrusion process. It has a suitable molecular structure and special additive package for providing control and uniform foam cell structure and excellent mechanical properties to the foam. Tasnee LD 1925F can be easily processed on all types of LDPE foam extrusion equipment. The melt temperature is recommended to be in the range of 160 - 200°C.

S-368-N5T is a stable water dispersible grade of synthetic wax showing melting peaks ranging from 93 – 106°C. S-368 N5T imparts lubricity, abrasion resistance and anti-blocking properties to aqueous-based systems. It also has been used successfully in laminating adhesives to improve die-cutting performance.

CAPXIDAN® HD is a Modified Copolymer produced with a proprietary, specialized formulation. It is designed to be coextruded over Wood-Plastic Composite (WPC) deck boards to provide moisture, stain, wear resistance,esthetics, durability at elevated temperatures, and unprecedented adhesion to the WPC substrate. CAPXIDAN® HD is a two-component capstock system. The CAPXIDAN® resin should be extruded together with a specific synergistic additive masterbatch in the recommended proportion of 98:2 by weight.

TRECORA POLYETHYLENE WAX – CWP400 is a High Density Polyethylene Wax intended for use in specifically Hot melt adhesives intended for the packaging industry where heat stability and heat resistance are required.
