The low water absorption and alkaline resistance make this oligomer perfect for the following industries: aerospace, appliance, automotive, cosmetic, electronic, industrial, medical device, metal finishing, and UV-curable inks & coatings. BRC-843 exhibits retention of mechanical properties after exposure to high temperatures (200oC for 30 minutes). Sunspacers™ 04.X are finely divided, optically clear, solid fused amorphous silica micronized powders. This product is specially engineered for paints, liquid and powder coatings, inks, adhesives, and thermoplastics, including UV curable compositions. These micronized powders increase corrosion resistance, reduce shrinkage, improve adhesion, and enhance surface qualities including abrasion, mar and scratch resistance. Sunspacers™ 04.X have a median particle size of approximately 3-4 microns, with a particle size range of 0.5 microns to 13 microns.

PHOTOMER® 5006 is a low viscosity, amine synergist with medium amine content. A co-polymerizable tertiary amine PHOTOMER® 5006 is used as a highly efficient co-initiator. In combination with UV acrylates it accelerates the cure of UV systems.

Esacure TZT is particularly indicated for the photo polymerisation of UV curable systems when high reactivity, low curing odor and low yellowing are required. The radical generation occurs via hydrogen abstraction by the action of a co-initiator such as tertiary amines.

Zeeospheres Ceramics G-850 is unique gray-colored, fine particle size, high-strength microspheres. They are opaque to visible light, but transparent to UV light. These products are typically used to reduce VOC levels, increase filler loadings, improve hardness, and add burnish, scrub and abrasion resistance to a variety of coating formulations. Due to their low resin demand, high hardness and inert chemistry, these products have found utility in high solids, water reducible radiation - curbale and high durability coatings, powder coatings, and a wide range of premium performance coatings.
