CRA® EM 460 is a highly efficient controlled-release additive specifically developed for adjusting the release force of silicone emulsion-based DEHESIVE® systems. It is used in conjunction with coating polymers like DEHESIVE® EM 427 or DEHESIVE® EM 428 to create release coatings. The resulting system is designed for pressure-sensitive adhesive release applications and is compatible with papers of different porosities and films. The cure is achieved through a vinyl addition chemistry mechanism.

Hitac Adhesives and Coatings RA-23S is a high total solids solution of a polyurethane release agent in a recoverable solvent. It offers significant improvements over other release agents, such as PVODC.

RELEASE W 40 S2 is a water-based release agent based on synthetic polymers.

Marcus Oil and Chemical M200 is a low molecular weight polyethylene wax which comes in in liquid, pastille, flake and powder form for convenience of use.

RELEASE W 40 GP1 is a water-borne product based on acrylic dispersions, modified with special additives and ink receptors.

PRINTABLE RELEASE COAT FOR DOUBLE CORONA TREATED POLYOLEPHYNIC SOLVENT RUBBER ADHESIVE TAPES RELEASE ST10 DRY has a higher release effect than its similar versions RELEASE ST8 DRY and RELEASE ST9 HM DRY. It is a powder compound based on synthetic resins, easily soluble in solvent.

RELEASE ST6 DRY is a dry blend of synthetic resins, soluble in toluene/isopropyl alcohol. When applied on the backside of corona treated and untreated polyolephinic films, the product allows to obtain a good printability together with a good releasing effect. Primer is not necessary. The adhesive tape can be printed directly with polyamidic inks, with a one step process.

RELEASE PP 25 ECO DIL. 0,6 is a polyvinylcarbamate in solvent solution. It does not contain aromatic solvents.

RELEASE W 45 GB1 is a water-borne release agent based on acrylic polymers containing special releasing agents.

RELEASE PP 100 is a synthetic polymer in a 100% solid form. It is usually dissolved in aromatic solvents (toluene, xylene). It is a very efficient release agent for adhesive tapes based on following films: PP, PE, PET and PVC, coated with natural rubber, synthetic rubbers, hot melts and acrylic adhesives.

RELEASE WR 2603 is a waterborne release agent based on synthetic acrylic polymers compounded with additives that impart a very high water repellency combined with excellent release properties.

RELEASE KB 100 DIL. 1,5 ECO is a polyvinylcarbamate in solvent solution. It does not contain aromatic solvents.

RELEASE K100 DI DIL. 1,5 ECO is a polyvinylcarbamate in solvent solution. It does not contain aromatic solvents.

RELEASE PP 25 DIL. 2 is a polyvinylcarbamate in solvent solution.

Hitac Adhesives and Coatings RA-15W is an enhanced release version of RA-13W that has been commercially available for many years. Its release properties are virtually identical to carbamate PVODC and yields easy-to-moderate unwind in standard and premium packaging tapes, and filament tapes.

RELEASE LN 2 A is a modified polycondensed polymer, studied to obtain a high efficiency low noise release agent for PP.

RELEASE G 100 H is a synthetic polymer with high molecular weight in 100% solid powder form. When in solution, it is a very efficient release agent for polyolefins and substrates with low melting points (PE, PP, PVC, PET), coated with natural rubber, synthetic rubber and/or acrylic adhesives. It can also be used with hot-melt pressure sensitive adhesives. The product is silicone-free.

RELEASE HT 100 is a synthetic polymer with high molecular weight in a 100% solid form. When in solution, it is a very efficient release agent for polyolefins and substrates with low melting point, coated with natural rubber, synthetic rubber and acrylic adhesives. RELEASE HT 100 is produced by a particular polimerization tecnique that avoids heavy metals catalysts. The product does not contain silicone compounds.

RELEASE K 100 H is a high molecular weight synthetic polymer in powder form. When in solution, it is a very efficient release agent for tapes with an excellent resistance to heat and humidity. Its particular chemical structure guarantees a perfect anchorage to polyolefin film. The product is completely silicone free.
