SILRES® WH 101 A is a water-reducible, solvent-free emulsion of a functional silicone resin. It can be applied as-is or as a formulated product to serve as a water-repellent treatment. SILRES WH 101 A improves substrate longevity when applied over wood or many other materials.

SILESTER® XAR is a ready-to-use, prehydrolyzed ethyl silicate hybrid binder. The solvent used in SILESTER® XAR is a blend of ethanol and 2-propanol. This product is conveniently prepared and can be directly utilized in the production of ceramic slips, ramming mixes, and anticorrosion paints without any further processing steps.

VINNOL® E 15/48 A is a hydroxyl-containing copolymer composed of approximately 84 wt.% vinyl chloride (VC) and 16 wt.% acrylic acid esters. It serves as a binder in surface coating compounds and printing inks. This thermoplastic binder undergoes a physically drying process, resulting in the formation of a film as the solvent within the formulation evaporates.

SILRES® HP 2020 is a low-viscosity, reactive aminofunctional methyl phenyl silicone resin. The product is typically used as a curing agent or crosslinker for cycloaliphatic epoxy resins in 2-pack high-solids coatings. It significantly improves the weathering resistance of the coating compared to organic amine curing agents. Such 2-pack epoxypolysiloxane coatings are an isocyanate-free alternative to 2-pack polyurethanes as weathering-resistant topcoats.

Its primary application lies in serving as a binder for surface coating compounds and printing inks. This thermoplastic binder undergoes a physically drying process, resulting in the formation of a film as the solvent within the formulation evaporates.

VINNOL® E 22/48 A is a copolymer composed of approximately 75 wt.% vinyl chloride (VC) and 25 wt.% carbon acid esters with hydroxyl functionality. It serves as a binder for surface coating compounds and printing inks. As a thermoplastic and physically drying binder, VINNOL® E 22/48 A undergoes film formation as the solvent within the formulation evaporates.

SILRES® HP 2000 is a reactive aminofunctional methyl phenyl silicone resin supplied as an approximately 90 wt.% solution in xylene. The product is typically used as a curing agent or crosslinker for cycloaliphatic epoxy resins in 2-pack high-solids coatings. It significantly improves the weathering resistance of the coating compared to organic amine curing agents. Such 2-pack epoxypolysiloxane coatings are an isocyanate-free alternative to 2K-polyurethanes as weathering-resistant topcoats.

SILRES® IC 368 is a solventless, reactive, methoxyfunctional methyl-phenyl polysiloxane with a narrow molecular weight distribution. It is specifically designed to enhance the weathering and heat resistance of organic resins. This solvent-free liquid resin is ideal for incorporating a compatible silicone component into other binder systems. Its properties make it a valuable additive for improving the overall performance and durability of the resulting materials.

HALOX® SW-111 is a white, nonrefractive, corrosion-inhibiting pigment used in protective coating systems. HALOX® SW-111 is recommended for use in most water-borne and solvent-borne epoxies. HALOX® SW-111 can be formulated into most water-reducible resin systems and corrosion-resistant caulks and sealants.

HALOX® 570 LS is a ready-to-use liquid version of our popular organic corrosion inhibitor, HALOX® 570, which requires no dilution. It is designed for use in water-based industrial and decorative coatings to provide flash rust and long-term corrosion protection on metal surfaces. It is especially effective along weld seams to prevent galvanic corrosion. HALOX® 570 LS may be used in formulations based on water-based acrylics, epoxy esters, 2-component epoxy, water-reducible alkyds, and water-based polyurethanes. HALOX® 570 LS may be used in both water-based primers and direct-to-metal topcoats. In direct-to-metal coatings, HALOX® 570 LS has a minimal effect on gloss reduction.

HALOX® 700 is a white, non-refractive, corrosion-inhibiting pigment used in protective coatings. It provides extended protection in solvent-based and water-based epoxy and urethane coatings through the combination of zinc and aluminum phosphates. When used in alkyd and acrylic coatings, it is recommended to use it in combination with HALOX® Organic Corrosion Inhibitors for optimal performance.

HALOX® 570 is an organic corrosion inhibitor designed for use in waterborne industrial and decorative coatings to provide flash rust and long-term corrosion protection on metal surfaces. HALOX® 570 is especially effective along weld seams and, in some cases, can also be used in solvent-based coatings and UV-cured systems. HALOX® 570 may be used in formulations based on waterborne acrylic latexes and co-polymers, styrene/acrylic latexes, acrylate epoxy esters, 2-pack epoxy systems, alkyds, alkyd/acrylic blends, and 1 or 2-pack polyurethane. HALOX® 570 may be used in both waterborne primers and direct-to-metal topcoats. In direct-to-metal coatings, HALOX® 570 has a minimal effect on gloss reduction.

HALOX® 630 is a liquid organic corrosion inhibitor for solvent-borne protective coatings on metal surfaces. It may be used in solventborne clear or pigmented coatings and in systems such as 2-pack epoxy systems, high-solids epoxy esters, alkyds, acrylic resins, and 2 pack polyurethane primers. However, in bake systems, the temperature should not exceed 150°C. It should be noted that yellowing may be observed with reactive isocyanates. HALOX® 630 provides superior corrosion resistance even over poorly prepared surfaces, such as adherent rust or oil contamination.

LIOCRYL AS 615 is an aqueous styrene acrylic emulsion. It is a styrene acrylic emulsion for use in primers and top coats for metal and other substrates. The emulsion contains no alkylphenol ethoxylates (APEO's), and it is solvent- and plasticiser-free. It has applications in primers and lacquers, marine coatings, Craft and hobby, architectural coatings, furniture coatings, marine transportation, and also in wood flooring.

SYNTHALAT TH 30 HS is a short-oil alkyd resin modified with phenolic resin. Air-drying and oven-drying primer coatings for industrial applications such as machinery and steel construction. The relatively low viscosity allows the preparation of primers and topcoat varnishes with significantly higher non-volatile content and good drying properties, also in thicker coating layers. It has applications in marine transportation, industrial maintenance, marine coatings, and wood flooring.

LIOPTAL B 49 is a fast-drying medium-oil alkyd resin. It is used in machine and automotive coatings, radiator paints, industrial coatings, and primers. It has applications in marine transportation, industrial maintenance, metal coatings, industrial coatings, and marine coatings.

SYNTHALAT A 200 is an acrylic/epoxide resion cross-linked with polyisocyanate. It is used in combination with aliphatic polyisocyanates for air-drying and oven-drying two-component primers with excellent filling properties, quick drying, and good adhesion to steel, aluminum, and zinc, which gives good results in condensed moisture tests and salt spray tests. Wherever there is a requirement for maximum corrosion resistance and adhesion, this type of 2-component primer is used. It has applications in industrial maintenance, primers and lacquers, and metal coatings.

SYNTHALAT W 30 is a water-thinnable, short-oil alkyd resin. It is recommended for water-dilutable corrosion protection priming paints with good elasticity and hardness. It has applications in metal coatings, industrial coatings, marine coatings, industrial maintenance, industrial coatings, and marine transportation.
