SABIC's Specialties Business NORYL N110 resin is a non-reinforced blend of polyphenylene ether (PPE) + polystyrene (PS). This impact modified, injection moldable grade was developed for automotive body panel applications and meets the requirements of the Standard ECE Dashboard Impact Test. NORYL N110 resin offers heat resistance, good impact resistance, low specific gravity, and dimensional stability. It is an excellent candidate for a variety of automotive instrument panel applications. It has a UL94 V0@.75mm, 5VA@3.0mm and 5VB@1.5mm flame rating. This grade has improved chemical resistance compared to standard PC/ABS blends and is a good candidate for thin wall applications.
