ARALDITE® CW 5742 / ARADUR® HW 30327 is an anhydride-based, heat-curing, prefilled casting resin system with good impregnation, very good thermal shock resistance, and excellent thermal endurance properties. This resin system is recommended for the complete encapsulation of electric motor stators and rotors by gravity casting or vacuum casting.
ARALDITE® LY 3585 / ARADUR® 3475 is a resin technically identical to ARALDITE® LY 3585 and is distinguished by its associated REDcert2 certificate ensuring that 100% of the fossil raw materials required for the production of this product were replaced by sustainably certified biomass. In the rest of this document, ARALDITE® LY 3585 refers indifferently to both resins. ARADUR® 3475 is an amine hardener. It is also mass production of Automotive composites including visible parts.
ARALDITE® AW 139-1 / HARDENER HW 5323-1 is a two-component, room-temperature curing, thixotropic paste adhesive of high strength with good environmental and excellent chemical resistance. It is used for bonding metals, electronic components, GRP structures, and many other items where a higher than normal temperature or more aggressive environment is to be encountered in service.
ARALDITE® 403 A/B is a two-pack cold-curing structural adhesive system developed primarily for use in riveted joints to provide improved fatigue resistance. It also offers the benefits of bonded assembly for structural joints that cannot be bonded with hot-cured adhesives due to their size or other physical limitations. It is also suitable for honeycomb-to-skin bonding.
EPIBOND® 315M A/B is a two-component epoxy adhesive that contains MIRALON® carbon nanotube pulp for decreased electrical resistance for ESD applications. This product is suitable for bonding a wide variety of materials such as metals, composites, and other dissimilar substrates.
PROBIMER® 77-9020 / 9002 is a photo-imageable, negative working solder mask optimized for curtain coating application. The solder mask exhibits a glossy surface. It offers high process flexibility and excellent small-hole developability with a high aspect ratio. It is developed in an aqueous alkaline solution. At present the product system is available under the designation XB 9020 and 9002.
ARALDITE® CW 5742 / ARADUR® HY 5726-2 is a high-performance resin system for car ignition coils, used in car ignition coils and stators.
ARALDITE® 2014-1 A/B is a two-component, room-temperature curing paste adhesive. It is thixotropic and offers good environmental corrosion resistance and excellent chemical resistance. It is suitable for bonding metals, electronic components, fiberglass components, and other parts that may encounter high temperatures or harsh environments during use. Due to its low volatility, it can also be used in the special electronic communications and aviation industries.
ARALDITE® AY 103-1 / HARDENER HY 991 is a multipurpose, two-component, room-temperature curing, transparent liquid adhesive of high strength. It is suitable for bonding a wide variety of metals, ceramics, glass, rubbers, rigid plastics, and most other materials in common use. It is particularly easy to apply over large areas.
PROBIMER® 77-9000 / 9002 is a photo-imageable, negative working solder mask optimized for flood screen print application. The solder mask exhibits a glossy surface. It is halogen-free and exceeds the requirements of the JPCA standard e.g. the system has a total halogen content after final curing of less than 900 ppm. It offers high process flexibility and excellent small-hole developability with a high aspect ratio. It is developed in aqueous alkaline solution.
