Accelerator 833 are added to either elastomers and or engine rubber materials where they accelerate the curing of the material. Accelerator 833 are Condensation products of Aniline and Butyraldehyde, and are used in Natural Latex formulations.

Henan Connect Rubber Chemical CBS (CZ) is a classical delayed action type accelerator, giving good scorch safety and a fast cure rate. It can be used in NR, SBR and NEBR.

Henan Connect Rubber Chemical TETD can be used for NR, IR, BR, SBR, NBR, IIR and EPDM. Similar to TMTD in applications, but offer better scorch safety and less blooming.

TBBS (NS) Particle is Secondary Sulfonamide. It is white or yellowish powder, soluble in benzene,chloroform, carbon disulfide,acetone, methanol,ethanol, but hard in gasoline, insoluble in water, dilute acid and dilute alkali.

Methenadur® are White crystals or powder in appearance.

ETU(NA-22) Powder is a Rubber accelerator.

China Star Materials Dipentamethylene thiuram tetrasulfide (Accelerator DPTT (TRA)) can be used as accelerator or vulcanizator for NR, EPR, CR, SBR, BR, IIR, NBR, CSPR as well as latex.

Mercure ZDC is dithiocarbamates accelerators which is used mainly in rubber industry.

Nanjing Shuguang Chemical Group Accelerant SG-R 703 is mainly used as ultra accelerator for natural and synthetic rubbers, and lattices. It is more active than ZDC in solid elastomer. Hangzhou Hi-Tech Fine Chemical DPG (D) is a medium-speed vulcanization accelerator for natural rubber and synthetic rubber. It is generally used as a second accelerator, as an activator for thiazole, thiuram and sulfenamide accelerators, and can be used for continuous vulcanization when used together with accelerators MD and TMTD. In neoprene, this product acts as a plasticizer and peptizer. The vulcanizate has relatively high tensile strength and resilience, and low heat build-up.

Shandong Fine Chemical Technology DCBS has better anti-scorch performance of sulfenamide accelerators. The anti-scorch performance and operational safety performance of natural rubber are better than DIBS. Mainly used in the manufacture of tires, belts, shock absorbers.

Nurcacit TETD PDR is the natural rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber, nitrile butadiene rubber, butyl rubber, cis-butadiene rubber and latex’s super accelerator and vulcanizing agent. The active sulfur content is 11%, can be used as the neoprene’s modifier. In the rubber, this product is easy to disperse, does not change color, does not pollute, usually uses in making the electric cable, the rubberized fabric, the rubber shoes, the inner tube, the bright color product and so on.

Nurcacit MTT PDR used as vulcanization accelerator for chloroprene rubber, Injection-molded and technical extruded articles, profiles, hoses, seals, mills (rollers), cable sheeting, conveyor-belts based on CR. Possesses good module, age-resistance and advantageous compression set. Nurcacit MTT dispersed perfectly in compounds based on polychloroprene. As a result of its relatively low melting point (about 60 to 70 C), the material usually melts down and disperses without any problems. Because Nurcacit MTT is a powerful accelerator, it is best to incorporate it at the end of the mixing process together with ZnO. Particularly in compounds with a high rubber content, high viscosity or containing large amounts of active carbon black, MTT should be incorporated into the otherwise finished compound while it is being preheated for conversion.

Hangzhou Hi-Tech Fine Chemical BZ (ZDBC) is a super-accelerator for natural rubber, synthetic rubber and its latex. Its effect is similar to that of PZ and EZ, but its activity is larger and its scorch tendency is small. When used in latex, the effect of this accelerator is better than that of PZ and EZ. The vulcanization rate above 100°C is fast, the vulcanization flatness is moderate when the temperature is below 120°C, and the vulcanization flatness is narrow when the temperature is higher than 120°C. The optimum vulcanization temperature is 95-110℃. Used for low temperature vulcanization mortar, it can be used for a week without early vulcanization. It is usually only used as a second accelerator when used in dry glue, and is a good active agent for thiazole accelerators. Products do not change color, do not pollute. The dosage is 0.5-2 servings.

Trigon Chemie DMP-30 is used as a catalyzer in the production of polyurethane foams, as well as an accelerator, catalyst, and hardener for epoxy resins.

Taizhou Huangyan Donghai Chemical Accelerator M (MBT) is a semi-super accelerator and is widely used in natural rubber and synthetic rubber. It has a wide vulcanization range and can be used alone or in combination with thiocarbamates, thiurams, guanidines and other alkaline accelerators. When furnace carbon black is used, it is easy to cause early vulcanization, easy to disperse, no color, and no pollution. It has a bitter taste and is not suitable for food rubber products. It is mainly used to make tire tape, rubber shoes and other industrial rubber products. It is easily soluble in ethyl acetate, acetone, sodium hydroxide and sodium carbonate dilute solution, soluble in ethanol, but not soluble in benzene. Insoluble in water and gasoline, stable storage.

Shandong Stair Chemical & Technology Vulcanization accelerator DM (MBTS) is used in tire, rubber pipe, rubber shoes, rubber tape.

Banac CBS has chemical composition of N-cyclohexyl-2-benzothiazole sulfenamide and used as an accelerator.

Nurcacit ZDEC PDR is a fast curing primary or secondary accelerator for NR, SBR, EPDM. ZDEC is used in both natural and synthetic latex. Furthermore it is an antioxidant in adhesive systems.

Richon® Rubber accelerator D Powder is used in Rubber auxiliary agents. It is soluble in chloroform, toluene benzene and ethanol. It is used as a secondary accelerator with thiazoles and sulphenamides in NR and SBR compounds. Exhibits better storage stability compared to thiuram and dithiocarbamates but is not so active. DPG can be used in latex as secondary gelling agent (foam stabilizer) in the silico-flouride foam process..

TMTD (TT) Particle is Thiuram. It is white or grayish powder, soluble in benzene, acetone, chloroform,carbon disulfide, insoluble in water and gasoline.

Nurcacit ZDTP PDR is a fast curing secondary accelerator for NR and EPDM. It is mainly used as an accelerator in non-blooming., relative low cost, fast curing systems for EPDM when used in combination with MBTS or sulfenamides in NR compounds. ZDTP dramatically improves reversion resistance. Because of its non-amine based structure, ZDTP can be used as a component in non-N-nitrosamine generation cure systems. ZDTP is non-discoloring and non-staining. ZDTP is regulated for use in articles in contact with food as specified under Bg VV XXI, category 4, ZDTP is not regulated for use in FDA food contact applicants.

DPG (D) Powder is Guanidine. It is without odor and poison, easily soluble in acetone, ethyl acetate, benzene, ethanol; slightly soluble in carbon tetrachloride; insoluble in water and gasoline.

Henan Connect Rubber Chemical MBT (M) can be used as fast accelerator in NR, IR, BR, SBR, NBR, IIR and EPDM. Can be used alone or in conjunction with other basic accelerators.

CDD(CUMDC) Powder is a Rubber accelerator.

TBBS Powder is a Rubber accelerator.
