VINNAPAS® EP 706K (ULS) is a high-viscosity vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer dispersion with low formaldehyde and low free VAM residue. It exhibits good machinability and strong wet tack, providing improved adhesion to films like polyvinyl chloride. Additionally, VINNAPAS® EP 706K (ULS) demonstrates very high plasticizer and solvent viscosity thickening responses.

StanChem Polymers SC 5019 is a HEC stabilized, vinyl acetate emulsion with very high molecular weight and a highly branched structure. SC 5019 exhibits good water resistance and high electrolyte tolerance. SC 5019 is recommended for use in the production of paper laminating adhesives, joint cement and textile sizing.

Ecosol® 45 Derivatized Starch (3645-C) is a derivatized wheat starch used as a binder, viscosity modifier, and strengthening agent in textile sizing, adhesives, and gypsum wallboard applications. It provides excellent adhesion, superior binding, and low dust formation. Available in powder form, it enhances textile processing and construction materials by improving durability and performance in warp sizing, wallcoverings, and industrial manufacturing.

VINNAPAS® EP 441 is a plasticizer-free aqueous polymer dispersion composed of vinyl acetate and ethylene monomers. It provides strong adhesion to a wide range of plastic surfaces, allowing for the creation of durable and flexible adhesive joints. Notably, it exhibits excellent reemulsification capabilities and boasts a high setting speed, which makes it particularly suitable for nozzle application methods.

VINNAPAS® EP 8010 is an aqueous polymer dispersion based on vinyl acetate and ethylene monomers. It is manufactured without the use of plasticizers. This dispersion offers high adhesion on surfaces that are typically difficult to bond, such as polystyrene and polyester, as well as UV lacquers and others. Additionally, it provides an excellent balance between high adhesion and heat resistance in the glue line.

VINNAPAS® EP 701K (NJG) is a polymer dispersion based on vinyl acetate and ethylene. It offers excellent elongation, water resistance, and flexibility. This dispersion also demonstrates outstanding adhesion to various plastic surfaces, resulting in permanently flexible adhesive joints. Additionally, it provides high cohesion, ensuring strong and durable bonds.

VINNAPAS® EP 401 is an aqueous, plasticizer-free polymer dispersion produced from the monomers vinyl acetate and ethylene. It offers good adhesion to various plastic surfaces, resulting in permanently flexible adhesive joints. Additionally, it demonstrates good reemulsification properties and has a high setting speed, making it well-suited for nozzle application.

LC-211 Industrial Acid Modified Starch (210000) is an acid-modified industrial grain sorghum starch used as a core binder in gypsum wallboard and plaster applications. This thin-boiling starch is added to plaster slurry to enhance adhesion and structural integrity during manufacturing. Available in powder form, it is suited for industrial wallboard production, ensuring efficient binding and performance in construction materials.

Gypset® Gypsum Wallboard Starch (3064-C) is an acid-modified small-granule dextrin starch used as a core binder for gypsum wallboard. It ensures strong adhesion between the gypsum core and paper while maintaining gypsum crystal integrity during drying. Suitable for high-speed and medium-speed wallboard plants, it is free-flowing, water-dispersible, and offers excellent migration with low dust formation, enhancing core-to-paper bonding and reducing end-burn. Available in powder and granule forms.

Fluidex® 50 Gypsum Wallboard Starch (3011-C) is a high-fluidity acid-modified dextrin starch in powder form, designed for high-speed and medium-speed gypsum wallboard production. It ensures strong adhesion between the gypsum core and paper while maintaining gypsum crystal integrity during drying. Free-flowing and water-dispersible, it provides excellent migration, low dust formation, and enhanced core-to-paper bonding, helping to reduce end-burn in wallboard manufacturing.

VINNAPAS® EP 17 is an aqueous polymer dispersion, free from plasticizers, that is produced from vinyl acetate and ethylene monomers. It provides good adhesion to various plastic surfaces, allowing for the creation of permanently flexible adhesive joints with high cohesion. This product finds applications in adhesive formulations for paper packaging as well as foil lamination.

Flytac 104 - F is a pale, thermoplastic, acidic resin produced by fully hydrogenating the rosin. Because of this treatment, it is highly resistant to oxidation, discoloration, and changes in solubility characteristics when exposed to air and sunlight.

Flytac 105 - P is a glycerol ester of hydrogenated rosin. It has found wide acceptance in chewing gum, hot melt, pressure-sensitive, laminating adhesives, and wax depilatories. In general, it finds use where there is a need for a pale, non-oxidizing, color-stable, and highly tacky liquid resin.

VINNAPAS® EP 707K (NJG) offers excellent elongation, water resistance, and flexibility. It boasts the fastest setting speed among the VINNAPAS® EP product lines. Thanks to its low viscosity and rapid setting speed, VINNAPAS® EP 707K (NJG) is highly suitable for high-speed packaging machine applications.

VINNAPAS® EP 708 (ULS) is a high-viscosity vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer dispersion that offers good machinability and strong wet tack. It provides better adhesion to films, including polyvinyl chloride, and exhibits good adhesion to various plastic surfaces. The adhesive joints formed with this product are permanently flexible and have high cohesion.

VINNAPAS® EP 4600 is a vinyl acetate-ethylene (VAE) copolymer dispersion stabilized with polyvinyl alcohol. It possesses a glass transition temperature (Tg) of +5°C. This dispersion was specifically formulated to have a low viscosity and high solids content, allowing it to accommodate high levels of fillers.

VINNAPAS® EP 7000 is a poly(vinyl alcohol) stabilized vinyl acetate-ethylene (VAE) copolymer dispersion with a glass transition temperature (Tg) of approximately -3°C. It has been specifically developed as an ultra-high-solids dispersion, providing superior adhesion, wet tack, and setting speed compared to conventional VAE dispersions.

VINNAPAS® EP 6411 is an aqueous dispersion containing a 50% copolymer of vinyl acetate and ethylene. It is produced without the use of plasticizers and is currently being introduced for industrial use. This product offers good adhesion to various plastic surfaces, resulting in permanently flexible adhesive joints.

VINNAPAS® EP 701K is a polymer dispersion based on vinyl acetate and ethylene. It offers excellent elongation, water resistance, and flexibility. This dispersion also demonstrates outstanding adhesion to various plastic surfaces, resulting in permanently flexible adhesive joints and high adhesion.

VINNAPAS® EP 724 is a vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer dispersion with a glass transition temperature of approximately +19°C, which is the highest among the VINNAPAS® EP product lines. It possesses exceptional cohesive strength (heat resistance) and tensile strength. The dried film formed by VINNAPAS® EP 724 is more flexible than PVAc polymer while maintaining good tensile strength and high creep resistance. Furthermore, the dried film exhibits low levels of tack.

WACKER® HA - Hybrid Adhesive is a high-strength, silicone-free all-purpose adhesive suitable for bonding or repairing many different substrates. It cures at room temperature in the presence of atmospheric moisture to form a permanent hard rubber. The adhesive is almost odorless, non-corrosive, and non-staining. It can be painted over and is weatherable, making it highly resistant to various media such as mineral oils, solvents, acids, and alkalis.

VINNAPAS® 320 KR (ULS) is a vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer that offers versatility to formulators in the compounding of water-resistant and high-speed packaging adhesives. It provides good adhesion to a wide range of plastic surfaces and forms permanently flexible adhesive joints with high cohesion.

VINNAPAS® EP 6300 is a high-solids vinyl acetate-ethylene (VAE) copolymer dispersion with carboxylation. It has a glass transition temperature (Tg) of 0°C. This dispersion exhibits excellent adhesion to films and metals, and it also offers impressive cohesive film strength. Furthermore, it has the ability to be crosslinked.

VINNAPAS® EP 756 is a vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer dispersion with a low viscosity and low levels of formaldehyde and free VAM residue. It demonstrates excellent machinability and strong wet tack. VINNAPAS® EP 645 is a specially modified vinyl acetate-ethylene (VAE) copolymer dispersion designed to provide excellent adhesion to a wide range of difficult-to-bond substrates. The dispersion is stabilized with polyvinyl alcohol to ensure good wet tack, fast setting speed, and excellent machinability.
