H-Sil® EM-356 is a 60% active, nonionic emulsion of 350 cSt silicone. It can be used directly or diluted with water to create a stable letdown at lower solids. It is an excellent ingredient for formulators to use in automotive tire and vinyl dressings, mold release for rubber and synthetic materials, asphalt release agent, and as a press room lubricant and anti-stat when blended with cationic surfactants.

Nouryon Berolamine 1210 (BA-1210) is a blend of higher polyethylene polyamines (isomers of TETA, TEPA, PEHA, and higher) and alkanolamines (AEEA, DEA, Hydroxyethyl DETA, and higher). BA-1210 is used as an intermediate in the manufacture of asphalt additives and epoxy curing agent.

ETONIS® 3500 W (GER) is suitable for modifying concrete, specialty mortar, and cementitious coatings for infrastructure products, especially for shotcrete applications in underground construction, tunneling, and mining. It is a polymer powder with a low glass transition temperature (Tg) and remains flexible at temperatures below freezing. It is also suitable for end products with low emissions.

ETONIS® 7145 A is a surfactant stabilized vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer dispersion designed for cold asphalt applications. SILRES® BS 16040 is a water-dilutable, solvent-free silane emulsion. It is a high-quality specialty product used for the hydrophobic impregnation and priming of alkaline substrates. When applied to construction materials, SILRES® BS 16040 reacts with atmospheric moisture and/or water present in the pores of the building material. This reaction eliminates alcohol and forms an active substance that greatly reduces the absorbency of the concrete within the active zone (penetration depth after post-treatment). Importantly, this reduction in absorbency occurs without blocking any pores or capillaries in the material. As a result of the impregnation, the treated building material retains its high water-vapor permeability, allowing moisture to pass through while still providing excellent protection against water penetration.

SILRES® BS 1801 is a mixture of octyltriethoxysilane isomers, with iso-octyltriethoxysilane as the main component. It is used in its undiluted form as an admixture for the integral waterproofing of fresh concrete. SILRES® BS 1801 is highly recommended as a concrete waterproofing admixture.

ETONIS® 7245 A is a vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer dispersion stabilized with poly(vinyl alcohol). It has a glass transition temperature (Tg) of +23 °C and is specifically designed for asphalt emulsion-based applications. ETONIS® 7245 A offers exceptional adhesion, abrasion resistance, tensile strength, film flexibility, and shorter drying time.

SILRES® BS 1601 is n-octyltriethoxysilane, which is used undiluted as a water-repellent primer and impregnating agent for normal and reinforced concrete. It offers significant benefits such as the reduction of chloride and water absorption by the concrete, minimizing concrete loss due to freeze/road salt attack, and exhibiting low volatility. Once applied to the concrete, SILRES® BS 1601 reacts with atmospheric moisture or pore water present in the concrete, resulting in the generation of the active ingredient. This active ingredient effectively reduces the water absorbency of the treated concrete while maintaining a high level of water vapor permeability. Importantly, the treatment does not block pores or capillaries within the concrete.
