Vertal® 7 is a highly lamellar talc/carbonate mineral pigment. Vertal® 7 provides a unique balance of prime pigment spacing (opacity), film reinforcement, and anti-cracking and barrier properties to architectural and decorative coatings. Vertal® 7 is especially suited for waterborne paints, universal primers, stain-blocking primers, sealers, and undercoaters. Vertal® 7 is also a good choice for low-VOC alkyd primers.

Vertal® 202 provides a unique balance of prime pigment spacing (opacity), flatting efficiency, film reinforcement, anti-cracking, and barrier properties for architectural and decorative coatings. Vertal® 202 is recommended for architectural flat latex paints, contractor-grade flat latex paints, and high%PVC applications that require a brighter, 2-hegman, lamellar mineral pigment.

ASCOM 30T is a premium quality, surface-coated calcium carbonate with good dispersion properties, manufactured from high-purity, white ground calcium carbonate. It is used as a filler in the following industries: plasticized PVC pipes and masterbatch for mouldings.

DIXIE CLAY® Filler is an air-floated fine particle size kaolin clay that can be used as a reinforcing filler in all types of coatings, adhesives, elastomers and latexes.

VANSIL® W-50 Wollastonite is the finest of the low aspect ratio grades of VANSIL (6+ Hegman fineness). This grade is suitable for liquid industrial and corrosion resistant coatings, powder coatings and semi-gloss architectural coatings. In powder coatings, this grade is desirable for smoother films and improved gloss. The naturally high pH of wollastonite helps to buffer latex paints and coatings, which contributes to improved corrosion resistance and weathering. Cimbar BF is a high purity, precipiated natural barium sulfate. Cimbar BF is recommended for use in coatings, especially automotive and industrial primers and topcoats. Additionally, Cimbar BF is often used in high gloss enamels, powder coatings and semi-gloss and gloss latexes.Cimbar BF can be used as a filler in plastics, cosmetics, batteries, and in pharamceutical applications. Cimbar BF is easily dispersable and is often used to impart higher surface gloss, improved hide, improved mar resistance and impact resistance.Cimbar BF also offers excellent sanding resistance, and good scrub resistance to formulations. Cimbar BF is chemically inert and is an excellent choice as a filler in corrosion resistant applications, flame retardant applications, and applications that require excellent weather resistance. Moreover, Cimbar BF exhibits superior thermal stabilty up to 1580 °C. It is therefore recommended for use in heat resistant applications.
