AGC Chemicals Americas, Inc. Fluon® PTFE CD090E is a white free-flowing powder obtained by coagulating on an aqueous dispersion of polytetrafluoroethylene. This polymer has a trace quantity of comonomer incorporated in the molecule to modify its crystallinity and the resulting properties. The process of making Fluon® PTFE CD090E does not use ammonium salts of perfluorooctanoic acid (PFOA).

It possesses a unique combination of desirable properties such as higher resistance to heat and chemical attack, outstanding physical toughness, and non-stick characteristics. It is used as non-stick coating, applied through electrostatic coating method.

AGC Chemicals Americas, Inc. Fluon+™ PFA EA-2000 is a perfluoro resin which has been functionalized to include an adhesive group within the polymer backbone. The perfluoro backbone gives the material excellent electrical characteristics, and heat and chemical resistance, while the adhesive functionality facilitates adhesion to other materials in a one-step process, without the need for surface treatment or a separate adhesive layer. Example materials include glass cloth, polyimide, or various metals. This grade is semi-commercialized and may be available upon request. This material is supplied as pellets and packaged in 25kg plastic bags.

Fluon+™ FP-PC-16005 (442112004) is a conductive PFA compound based on a low molecular weight copolymer of tetrafluoroethylene and perfluoroalkoxyethylene resin with conductive carbon black. This compound is supplied in cylindrical pellet form and the pellets are approximately 3.15mm in length by 2.2mm in diameter.
