Robinson Brothers ZDEC 20636 is much used as an active secondary accelerator. Can act as primary in latex.

Mercure TBBS is delayed action sulphenamide alone or in combination with small quantities of booster accelerators is widely used in NR, SBR, NR/BR/SBR blend, NBR and other synthetic rubber based compounds used for the manufacture of auto tire treads, sidewalls, casings, cycle tires & tubes, conveyor & V-belts, tire retreading & repair materials, footwear, hoses, cables, injection molded products and various compression / transfer molded as well as extruded rubber goods.

Nurcacit TBBS PDR provides fast cure and high modules development in NR SBR BR and blends. Normally used alone or with small quantities of ultra accelerators in tire compounds or industrial rubber products. Can be used to effectively replace MBTS/DPG systems TBBS may give equal modulus to CBS or MBS when used as a 10% lower level.

Henan Connect Rubber Chemical TMTM (TS) is a high-speed accelerator without color change and pollution in rubber materials.

Rayton Chemicals DPTT(TRA) is a Pale yellow powder.

Nurcacit DPTU(CA) PDR is the medium-speed vulcanization accelerator. Synergises with sulfur donor to boost vulcanization when used in NR and SBR. Need zinc oxide to be effective. Used as secondaryaccelerator in CR vulcanization and EPDR vulcanization system. Used in latex products, cables and general industrial products. It’s critical temperature is 80º C, so could be used as raw materials for pharmatical and dye and the test reagent for OS and Rh.

PZ Powder is a Rubber accelerator.

CBS (CZ) Particle is Secondary Sulfonamide. It is grayish white or yellowish powder with slightly odor and nonpoisonous. It is soluble in benzene, methylbenzene, chloroform, carbon disulfide, carbon tetrachloride, methylene chloride, acetone and ethyl acetate; not easily soluble in ethyl alcohol; insoluble in water,dilute acid, dilute alkali and gasoline.

TMTD (TT) Oil Powder is Thiuram. It is white or grayish powder, soluble in benzene, acetone, chloroform,carbon disulfide, insoluble in water and gasoline.

MBT (M) Oil Powder is Thiazole. It is non-poisonous, grayish-white or light yellow powder with slightly foul odor and bitter taste. MBT(M)Powder is easily soluble in ethyl acetate, acetone, dilute solution of sodium hydroxide and sodium carbonate, soluble in ethyl alcohol, not easily soluble in benzene, insoluble in water and gasoline. It is stable in storage.

Taizhou Huangyan Donghai Chemical Accelerator M (MBT) is a semi-super accelerator and is widely used in natural rubber and synthetic rubber. It has a wide vulcanization range and can be used alone or in combination with thiocarbamates, thiurams, guanidines and other alkaline accelerators. When furnace carbon black is used, it is easy to cause early vulcanization, easy to disperse, no color, and no pollution. It has a bitter taste and is not suitable for food rubber products. It is mainly used to make tire tape, rubber shoes and other industrial rubber products. It is easily soluble in ethyl acetate, acetone, sodium hydroxide and sodium carbonate dilute solution, soluble in ethanol, but not soluble in benzene. Insoluble in water and gasoline, stable storage.
