XIAMETER(TM) PMX-200 Silicone Fluid 12,500 cSt is a high-viscosity polydimethylsiloxane polymer manufactured to yield essentially linear polymers in a wide range of viscosities. The viscosities generally used in formulating polishes are in the range of 100 to 30,000 cSt. It is preferable to use a blend of a low-viscosity fluid and a high-viscosity fluid (e.g. 3 parts XIAMETER(TM) PMX- 200 Silicone Fluid 100 cSt and 1 part XIAMETER(TM) PMX-200 Silicone Fluid 12,500 cSt) to obtain optimum results in terms of ease of application and depth of gloss. The low-viscosity silicone fluid acts as a lubricant to make polish application and rubout easier, whereas the high-viscosity silicone fluid produces a greater depth of gloss. Since these polymers are inherently water-repellent, they will cause water to bead up on a treated surface rather than penetrate the polish film.

It has a natural color, is free from cadmium, lead, and diarylide pigments, is dust-free, and has a high dispersibility and additive content. It is intended for use in the electrical and electronic, furniture, building and construction, and sport and leisure market segments, and can be used for injection molded parts, blow molded parts, and extruded parts. For optimal use, it should be stored in a dry place, protected from light.

MOCOM Compounds ALPERFORM® PC SL 0229-16 is a polycarbonate base polymer with a dosage of 2.0-3.0% for extrusion and injection molding, depending on the application and operational area. This product contains a lubricant and release agent as a filler/additive system, and has the special feature of slip agent, easy release (demolding), and migration towards the surface. It is intended for use in the automotive, machinery, electrical and electronic, furniture, building and construction, and sport and leisure market segments for injection molded parts and extruded parts.

MOCOM Compounds ALPERFORM® PE SL FC 0207-14 OA is a base polymer of polyethylene low density with a filler/additive system of 2% lubricant. It has special features of slip agent, migration towards the surface, food contact, high additive content, free from cadmium, lead and diarylide pigments, high dispersibility, and dust-free. It is suitable for injection molding with a melt temperature of 180-240°C and a mold temperature of 20-40°C, as well as extrusion dependent on the application and operational area. It is recommended for use in the food processing industry, household goods, packaging, and other injection molded, extruded, and blow molded parts.

It has a minimum shelf life of 6 months and is dosage dependent on application and operational area, with 5% extrusion and 5% injection molding. It is suitable for use in polyethylene low density, polyethylene linear low density, polyethylene high density, ethylene acrylic acid copolymer, polypropylene, and polypropylene copolymer.

Carnauba Wax is obtained from the leaves of the Brazilian palm tree known as ‘Copernica Cerifera’, also referred to as the "Tree of Life". The Carnauba palm flourishes in northeastern regions within Brazil, and proliferates naturally along riverbanks, streams and damp low-lands.The tree exudes wax through the petioles of its fan-shaped leaves, which prevents dehydration in the equatorial climate. The palm leaves, harvested in the dry months occurring from August through December, are sun-dried and mechanically thrashed to separate the wax from the leaf. The color and quality of the wax are governed by the age of the leaves and care used in processing.

Unwanted transfer or adhesion of coating to a contacted surface is thus prevented. Provides anti-block, release and gloss control properties. Can be used to control gloss to achieve a desired matt effect. CWP2030 by Trecora Chemicals is used in powder coatings, can coatings, coil coatings and wood/furniture coatings.
