ELASTOSIL® LR 3842/60 A/B is a low-oil-bleeding liquid silicone rubber from the ELASTOSIL® LR 3842 series. It is a paste-like, easily  pigmentable, two-component product with short curing times. Shortly after the curing process, a thin oil film with lubricating properties forms on the surface of the vulcanizates. The vulcanizates are opaque and exhibit good mechanical and electrical properties, as well as very low compression sets.

ELASTOSIL® N9111 White is a non-slump, non-corossive, alkoxy-cure, one-component silicone that cures at room temperature under the influence of atmospheric moisture. It is a multipurpose sealant and adhesive for the appliance, automotive, and electronics industries. Due to its shear-thinning nature, ELASTOSIL® N9111 White is easy to apply. The material starts curing upon contact with air humidity.

LNP THERMOCOMP AF004L compound is based on Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS) resin containing 20% glass fiber. Added features of this grade include: Low Extractables.

SABIC's Specialties Business NORYL GTX679 resin is a conductive, mineral reinforced alloy of Polyphenylene Ether (PPE) + Polyamide (PA). This injection moldable grade is optimized to allow for primer-less electrostatic painting. NORYL GTX679 resin has improved impact / elongation, and the mineral content allows for the material to be used in structural applications such as metal and thermoset resin replacement. LNP LUBRICOMP IAL12 compound is based on Nylon 6/12 resin containing 5% PTFE, 10% aramid fiber. Added features of this grade include: Wear Resistant.

LNP KONDUIT DTK22 compound is based on Polycarbonate (PC) resin containing minerals. Added features of this grade include: Thermally Conductive and Electrically Insulative.

SABIC's Specialties Business LNP ELCRES EXL7414 is based on Polycarbonate (PC) siloxane copolymer resin. It is a medium flow, non-chlorinated, non-brominated flame retardant opaque grade. It offers excellent low temperature ductility (-40C), extremely thin wall flame retardant capability with UL94 V0 at 0.6mm, and in combination with excellent processability and release with opportunities for shorter cycle times compared to standard Polycarbonate. It is available in wide range of opaque colors and is an excellent candidate for a wide variety of applications such as the battery cover of fast-charging mobile phones that need to be compliant with IEC62368-1.

SABIC's Specialties Business NORYL™ GFN1720 resin is a 20% glass fiber reinforced blend of polyphenylene ether (PPE) + polystyrene (PS). This injection moldable grade was developed for high heat applications and exhibits a good balance of heat resistance, strrength, and electrical performance. NORYL™ GFN1720 resin is an excellent candidate for applications requirinng electrically insulating properties, such as ignition coils and bobbins. SABIC's Specialties Business NORYL GTX4610 resin is a 10% glass fiber reinforced alloy of Polyphenylene Ether (PPE) + Polyamide (PA). This high performance injection moldable grade has a UL 5VA flame rating, non-brominated / non-chlorinated FR package, UL746C Outdoor Suitability rating of F1, excellent chemical resistance, high heat resistance, and flow. NORYL GTX4610 resin is an excellent candidate for a wide variety of electrical applications including connectors, sockets, sensors, terminal blocks, and insulator components. SABIC's Specialties Business LNP STAT-LOY D3000IEU6 compound is based on Polycarbonate (PC) Copolymer that has been designed towards ATEX compliant applications requiring antistatic. The material has an optimized balance between surface resistivity and impact strength retention after hydro aging, and has excellent low temperature impact. The material is available in a wide range of dark and light colors, including UV stabilization. The material is RoHS compliant and is intrinsically flame retardant without the use of FR modifiers and offers UL94 V0 and 5VA ratings. The material may offer excellent dimension stability, strength, stiffness and creep resistance up to high temperature due to its high glass transition temperature of 217°C. SABIC's Specialties Business ULTEM 1010M Resin is an unreinforced amorphous polyetherimide (PEI) resin that may offer a high glass transition temperature (Tg) of 217°C, improved flow and it contains a reduced level of internal mold release. Features are excellent mechanical, electrical and dimensional properties up to high temperatures. The material may offer very good chemical resistance for an amorphous material and is inherently flame retardant. The material is RoHS compliant. The material is available in opaque colors. This material is in granule form and is optimized for blending with polystyrene resins.
