TEGOSIL® Heatban 200 is a heat stabilizer for cured silicone elastomers, especially high-consistency rubber (HCR). Like TEGOSIL® Heatban 110, this product offers protection against thermal degradation up to 300°C. It is compatible with various peroxide- and platinum-cured rubber materials commonly used in industrial and consumer applications. Its pasty viscosity simplifies incorporation into HCR formulations.

AEROXIDE® Alu C is a fine-particulate, pure aluminum oxide (Al₂O₃) with high specific surface area and marked aggregate and agglomerate structure. Because of it high purity and low water content, the product can be used well as an additive to anorganic materials, for heat insulation, and also as a catalyst substrate. The positive surface charge can be used to control the electrostatic charge.
