StanChem Polymers SC 6044 is a high solids, medium hand, all acrylic and self-crosslinking emulsion. SC 6044 provides outstanding durability to washing and dry cleaning.

StanChem Polymers SC 6477 is a highly efficient, alkali-swellable acrylic emulsion that is recommended for thickening synthetic emulsions. SC 6477 can be incorporated directly into a binder system. Thickening begins with the addition of ammonia, sodium hydroxide or an amine to raise the pH to 7.0-8.0 for maximum thickening.

This white emulsion is used in adhesives, textile and leather coatings, pigmented coatings and sealants, label, board, and packaging coatings (OPV).

Synprint AC 2910 is an inherently matte acrylic polymer. This technology produces a film with low gloss without the additional use of waxes or powders and brings flexibility and excellent stability while providing excellent adhesion to various substrate types. It is recommended to be fortified with another resin, such as Synprint AC 5151 or similar, to improve the overall film properties.

DeCAL 1006 is a carboxylated acrylic copolymer emulsion suitable for waterborne systems. It is highly effective in producing stable viscosity response between pH 6.5 to 10. DeCAL 1006 is recommended for use in textured coatings, construction adhesives, paints, plasters, and wood stains. It is easy to handle and can be incorporated at most manufacturing steps.

DeCAL DeCAL 1105+ is a new acrylic copolymer emulsion in water. This medium molecular weight hydrophobic polymer provides a rheological control effect through extensive swelling and association in alkaline conditions, providing film building and leveling. For interior and exterior matte and semi-gloss paints, this product improves flow and leveling performance, sag resistance, and anti-settling. It also results in much less spattering in paints applied by roller.

Synprint AC 5151 is an acrylic polymer based on multiphase technology. This is a proprietary process that combines two different types of polymers in the same polymer network. It allows a balanced combination and an overall improvement of the physical properties of the two polymers. Synprint AC 5151 forms a film with very high gloss, blocking resistance, rub resistance, and printability with various types of inks. It also exhibits excellent adhesion to various substrates.

VINNAPAS® EAF 7815 (Scale-up Product) is a very low Tg aqueous polymer dispersion based on the monomers vinyl acetate, ethylene, and acrylic esters. It is produced without the use of plasticizers or alkylphenol ethoxylate (APEO)-containing compounds. Due to its low odor, it is also suitable for indoor use.
