This product has very low flavor and is oil-soluble.

Naturex RED BELL PEPPER PUREE, FIRE ROASTED, ACIDIFIED (NV01PB57) is a puree primarily used as a spice. It is suitable for various end uses, including dressings, sauces, and soups. The puree has a characteristic red-to-orange color, featuring visible charred pepper skin that varies from red to dark red. It offers a flavor typical of roasted red bell peppers with slightly smoky top notes.

Naturex RED BELL PEPPER PUREE, FIRE ROASTED, ACIDIFIED (NV01PB57)

Naturex JALAPENO PEPPER PUREE, FIRE ROASTED, ACIDIFIED (NV01PB59) is a coarse puree prepared from fresh, whole, vine-ripened jalapeno pepper pods. These jalapeno peppers are fire-roasted, and then transformed into a puree using controlled acidification and heat pasteurization processes. The product exhibits a dark green color with visible charred skin and some seeds, and it features the typical flavor of roasted green jalapeno peppers.

StabilEnhance® OSR 2.5 (BA202007) is a liquid product with a neutral sensory profile. It has colors ranging from amber to brown and is sourced from rosemary leaves. The extraction process uses acetone as the solvent, and the composition includes propylene glycol, polysorbate 80, and rosemary extract. This product is certified as kosher parve and halal.

XtraBlend® RA Blend (BA255533) is a powdered product with a neutral sensory profile, showing colors from orange to light orange. It is sourced from acerola and rosemary and created through an extraction and blending process. The extraction solvent used is a combination of water and acetone. The composition includes corn syrup solids, green acerola juice solids, rosemary extract, and sodium hydroxide. This product is certified as kosher parve and halal.

XtraBlend® RA Blend (BA255533)

Naturex CHIPOTLE PEPPER SAUCE CONCENTRATE (NV01SB54) is produced using fresh, fully ripened red jalapeño peppers. The peppers undergo a meticulous process that includes washing and de-stemming, followed by natural wood smoking to impart a distinctively smoky and spicy pepper flavor. These smoked peppers then undergo further processing, involving acidification with vinegar and heat pasteurization, ultimately resulting in the creation of the unique Chipotle Pepper Sauce Concentrate. It's essential to note that this product is manufactured in full compliance with FDA and State of California Department of Health regulations, ensuring its quality and safety.
