H-Sil® OE is a silicone-based odor eliminator designed for industrial and consumer applications. This product acts as an odor eliminator by neutralizing the nitrogen groups that are present in most odors. It is a concentrate that can be diluted at 5 - 10% by weight in water for most applications. No other additives are needed. Fragrances can be added to the dilution by using common surfactants and fragrance bases. 5% dilutions of H-Sil® OE were successfully compared against leading industrial and consumer products via a test panel, and it consistently outlasted the competitors. At a use level of 5 - 10%, this product was successfully tested against the following odors:

• Smoke
• Butyric acid (body odor)
• Amine odors
• Urine
• Ammonia

WACKER® L 655 is a crosslinking aminoalkyl functional polydimethylsiloxane. Unlike conventional polydimethylsiloxanes in the WACKER® AK series, WACKER® L 655 demonstrates exceptional affinity to various surfaces. When exposed to atmospheric humidity or reactive polish actives like acid waxes, WACKER® L 655 undergoes crosslinking, resulting in the formation of a stable and insoluble polymer film. This film exhibits outstanding substrate affinity and resistance to detergents.

WACKER® E 110 is a nonionic macroemulsion of nonreactive polydimethylsiloxane. It is primarily used for treating fibers and textiles, either alone in aqueous dilution or in combination with organic softeners. Before mixing with organic softeners, a compatibility test is recommended. WACKER® E 110 serves as a sewing thread lubricant for polyester yarns used on high-speed sewing machines, reducing friction between the fibers.

WACKER® EAF 300 is a general-purpose, low-cost, low-molecular-weight reactive aminoethylaminopropyl fluid. It provides a very soft hand and exhibits the normal yellowing characteristics typically associated with amino silicones. WACKER® EAF 300 is specifically well-suited as an active ingredient in softener formulations for the impregnation of fibers and textiles.

WACKER® E 1044 is a high-viscosity polydimethylsiloxane available as a nonionic oil-in-water emulsion. It is specifically designed for formulating paint or vinyl conditioners, where the active ingredient enhances gloss and depth of image. Additionally, WACKER® E 1044 can be easily diluted with water to achieve a ready-to-use emulsion.

WACKER® E35 100 is a 35% emulsion of medium-viscosity polydimethylsiloxane. It is primarily designed for use in applications for mold release, furniture polish, textile finishing, and other specialty formulations. WACKER® E35 100 contains sodium nitrite as a corrosion inhibitor. It should not be used in contact with amines.

WACKER® E35 10000 is a 35% emulsion of a high-viscosity polydimethylsiloxane. It is designed to be used in many applications, such as mold release, car and furniture polish, textile lubricants and softeners, automotive care,and other specialty product applications. The E35 Series emulsions contain sodium nitrite as a corrosion inhibitor. These emulsions should not be used in contact with amines.

WACKER® NE 4720 is an anionic oil-in-water emulsion of medium-viscosity polydimethylsiloxane. It has a low viscosity and can be easily diluted with water. WACKER® NE 4720 exhibits excellent wetting properties on various substrates. Importantly, it does not cause stress crack corrosion when in contact with acrylic glass or polycarbonates.

WACKER® E 22 is a high-viscosity polydimethylsiloxane formulated as an oil-in-water emulsion. This finely dispersed emulsion provides excellent stability, allowing for the preparation of highly diluted, ready-to-use formulations that are unaffected by shear forces. WACKER® E 22 is a special, finely dispersed formulation of a highly viscous polydimethylsiloxane in water. The emulsion is extremely stable, so even highly diluted, ready-to-use formulations are indifferent to shear forces.

WACKER® E 10 is a medium-viscosity polydimethylsiloxane available as a nonionic oil-in-water emulsion. It can be easily incorporated into cold-stirred formulations. This product serves as a universal release agent in rubber processing and is also suitable for formulating paint and plastic conditioners. The active agent in WACKER® E 10 facilitates easy polishing of conditioner formulations and enhances their brightness.

WACKER® L 653 is an aminoalkyl functional polydimethylsiloxane. Unlike other curable amino silicone fluids, it offers improved storage stability both in its pure form and in ready-to-use formulations. WACKER® L 653 finds application in paint conditioners and paint polishes, delivering enhanced gloss and detergent resistance. Compared to conventional polydimethylsiloxanes like the WACKER® AK series, the aminoalkyl functional WACKER® L 653 demonstrates excellent affinity to a variety of substrates, ensuring long-lasting gloss and color depth.

LIOSIL® eco MQ 803 is derived from the co-hydrolysis of tetraalkoxy silane (Q unit) and trimethylalkoxy silane (M unit). Its chemical structure can be described as a three-dimensional network of polysilicic acid units that are terminated with trimethylsilyl groups. Additionally, LIOSIL® eco MQ 803 contains residual ethoxy and hydroxy functional groups.

WACKER® E 37 is a nonionic or anionic oil-in-water emulsion that contains a combination of polydimethylsiloxanes and silicone resins as its active ingredient. It can be easily incorporated into cold-stirred formulations. The primary applications of WACKER® E 37 are in the polish and release agent sectors.

WACKER® E 3155 is a nonionic oil-in-water emulsion of a medium-viscosity polydimethylsiloxane dispersed in water. The emulsion maintains stability under shear stress, even in diluted form. It offers excellent wetting and spreading properties and can be easily incorporated into cold-stirred formulations. WACKER® E 3155 is suitable for formulating release agents in rubber processing.

WACKER® E 3157 is a nonionic oil-in-water emulsion of a medium-viscosity polydimethylsiloxane dispersed in water. The emulsion remains stable even in diluted form under shear stress and offers excellent wetting and spreading properties. It can be easily incorporated into cold-stirred formulations. WACKER® E 3157 is particularly suitable for formulating paint and vinyl conditioners.

WACKER® L 654 is a solvent-based system that comprises a reactive polydimethylsiloxane and an aminoalkyl functional polydimethylsiloxane. The curing rate and film flexibility of WACKER® L 654 can be adjusted to meet specific requirements by combining it with the non-reactive WACKER® L 656.
