SABIC's Specialties Business ULTEM™ 1010P200 Resin is an unreinforced amorphous polyetherimide (PEI) powder. This powder is available with an average particle size (D50) of 200 micron and a maximum particle size (D100) of 450 micron. It may offer a high glass transition temperature (Tg) of 217°C. It has a lower molecular weight than 1000P200. Features are excellent mechanical, electrical and dimension properties up to high temperatures. The material may offer very good chemical resistance for an amorphous material and is inherently flame retardant. The material is RoHS Compliant. The base material is transparent amber colored.

SABIC's Specialties Business NORYL NH5120 resin is a non-reinforced blend of polyphenylene ether (PPE) + polystyrene (PS). It offers excellent dimensional stability, strength, stiffness, and creep resistance at high temperatures due to its high glass transition temperature of 217°C. SABIC's Specialties Business LNP™ STAT-KON™ DSL229 compound is based on Polycarbonate (PC) resin containing 10% PTFE, 10% stainless steel fiber. Added features of this grade include: Electrically Conductive, Wear Resistant, Flame Retardant.

SABIC's Specialties Business LNP LUBRICOMP SFL36 compound is based on Nylon 12 resin containing 30% glass fiber, 15% PTFE. Added features of this grade include: Internally Lubricated, Wear Resistant.

SABIC's Specialties Business LEXAN ML6411 polycarbonate (PC) siloxane resin, is a high flow opaque injection molding (IM) grade with very low temperature ductility characteristics. This grade offers UL94 V0 @ 1.5mm and 5VA @ 3.0mm flame retardancy based on non-chlorine, non-bromine FR systems. LEXAN ML6411 resin offers excellent processing characteristics with opportunity for shorter IM cycle times compared to standard PC. This product is available in a wide range of opaque colors and is an excellent candidate for a wide range of electrical applications.

LNP THERMOCOMP LF002EXD compound is based on Polyetheretherketone (PEEK) resin containing 10% glass fiber. Added features of this grade include: Custom Color, Easy Molding.

SABIC's Specialties Business LEXAN™ EXL1613T polycarbonate (PC) siloxane copolymer resin is a transparent injection molding grade. This resin offers extreme low temperature ductility in combination with medium flow characteristics and excellent processability with opportunities for shorter IM cycle times compared to standard PC. LEXAN™ EXL1613T resin is a general purpose product available in transparent and opaque colors and is an excellent candidate for a broad range of applications. SABIC's Specialties Business LEXAN™ Copolymer CFR7431 is a non-filled, injection-moldable resin with a UL-94 V0 rating at 1.2 mm and a 5VA rating at 3.0 mm. It is also chlorinated, brominated, flame retardant, and UV stabilized (F1 rating) for additional weathering capability. Available in both clear transparent and tinted color options, this resin is an excellent choice for a wide range of applications.

AUR210G6 is a 30% glass fiber filled grade based on ULTEM recycle. SABIC's Specialties Business CYCOLOY CX7240 Polycarbonate/Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (PC/ABS) blend is an injection moldable, medium flow, non chlorinated/brominated flame retardant grade. It has a UL94 V0@.75mm, 5VA@3.0mm and 5VB@1.5mm flame rating. This grade has improved chemical resistance compared to standard PC/ABS blends and is a good candidate for thin wall applications.

SABIC's Specialties Business ULTEM™ Resin 1010R is an unreinforced amorphous polyetherimide (PEI) resin that may offer a high glass transition temperature (Tg of 217°C), improved flow and it contains internal mold release. Features are excellent mechanical, electrical and dimensional properties up to high temperatures. The material may offer very good chemical resistance for an amorphous material and is inherently flame retardant offering UL94 V0 and 5V ratings and aerospace FAR 25.853 compliance. The material is RoHS compliant. SABIC's Specialties Business LNP FARADEX NS0031 compound is based on Polycarbonate / Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (PC/ABS) blend containing 15% stainless steel fiber. Added features of this grade include: EMI/RFI shielding, Electrically Conductive, Non-Brominated and Non-Chlorinated Flame Retardant.
