Crystic® Pipe Relining Resin PD10154I is a magnesium oxide thickenable, orrthophtalic neopentyl glycol, unsaturated polyester resin with UV photoinitiator. This product is specially developed for UV curing systems and the relining pipe repair industry. It has excellent mechanical properties, resistance to water ingress, and impact resistance.

Crystic® Pipe Relining Resin 4044TV01 is a thixotropic, non-accelerated ISO/NPG unsaturated polyester resin with a low exotherm. It is specially designed for the pipe-relining market, with good chemical resistance and mechanical properties. This resin is suitable for polyester felt or glass fiber reinforcement.

Crystic® Laminating Resin 1122PA is an orthophthalic, low-viscosity, unsaturated polyester resin. It is supplied as a solution dissolved in monomeric styrene. This product is pre-accelerated to give sufficient pot life for contact molding using Andonox® KP9 catalyst at normal ambient temperatures. It is suitable for a wide range of applications. This product has been specially formulated to give rapid wetting and impregnation of reinforcements and to aid in the elimination of air. It is almost colorless when cured.

espol™ 30.01 is a pre-accelerated isophthalic polyester resin that rapidly wets out reinforcements. espol™ 30.01 has a medium viscosity and reactivity and uses superior glycols compared to general-purpose resins, giving it good mechanical and chemical resistance. It is suitable for the fabrication of chemical tanks, industrial applications, and marine applications.

Crystic® Pipe Relining Resin PD10098T is a thixotropic, non-accelerated, high-reactive orthophthalic neopentylglycol unsaturated polyester resin. It is specially developed for the production of liners in the pipe relining industry. Fully cured laminates of this product offer high chemical resistance and mechanical properties, as well as excellent long-term property retention.

Crystic® Pipe Relining Resin D3846SA is a thixotropic, non-accelerated, isophthalic, unsaturated polyester resin with low exotherm. It is specially designed for the production of liners to be used in the pipe relining industry. The fully cured liners offer high chemical resistance and mechanical properties.

espol™ 39.00 is a novalac-based epoxy vinyl ester resin designed to provide exceptional mechanical and chemical resistance properties at high operating temperatures. Its novolac-based backbone imparts it with excellent resistance to aggressive chemicals and oxidizing environments. It brings in enhanced durability, showing excellent long-term retention of strength and toughness at elevated temperatures.

espol™ 31.00 is a non-accelerated terephthalic acid-based polyester resin that rapidly wets out reinforcements. It has a medium viscosity and reactivity and exhibits good mechanical and electrical properties, along with good chemical resistance compared to general-purpose resins. It is designed for hand laminating, spray-up, and casting applications.

Crystic® Polyester Resin 123PA is a medium-thixotropic, tropicalized, pre-accelerated waxed unsaturated polyester resin. This resin is specially formulated to provide rapid wetting and impregnation of the reinforcement. It is ideally suited for the building of boats, water tanks, bathtubs, shower trays, and other products where water resistance is an important factor.

Crystic® Orthophthalic Spray Topcoat 408PA White is a pre-accelerated flowcoat with excellent scuff resistance, designed for use in general purpose GRP moldings. It is based on a high quality orthophthalic unsaturated polyester resin and is suitable for all general molding requirements. The product is pigmented using a highly UV resistant grade of titanium dioxide.

Crystic® High Performance Resin 3642.3 can be used by spray, filament winding, or hand layup. This resin can be used in many applications, but its high performance makes it particularly suitable for the production of oil tanks. Additionally, it can also be used for direct bonding on sanitary acrylic.

Crystic® Polyester Resin 197M is a medium-reactivity, orthophthalic, unsaturated polyester resin with very high mechanical properties. It is suitable for pipe and tank manufacture. This product has an 18-minute gel time and functions as a resin, binder, and matrix material.

Crystic® Polyester Resin 491 is a thixotropic, isophthalic polyester resin with good water and chemical resistance properties. It was developed for use in a wide range of critical applications that require toughness combined with water and chemical resistance. It is a versatile resin suitable for the fabrication of high-performance boat hulls intended for use in warm or tropical areas.

Crystic® Polyester Resin 1160PA is a general-purpose, thixotropic, pre-accelerated, very low styrene emission, orthophthalic polyester resin with low viscosity. It has a 25-minute gel time and is suitable for parts used in building and construction, transportation, and industrial applications. This product is a part of Scott Bader's Crystic® Green system.

Crystic® Resin 3454.4T AC01 has been designed for filament winding application but can also be used by hand layup or spray techniques. Its medium-to-high reactivity allows for a fast curing time, even on thin laminates. This resin is suitable for the production of glass-reinforced laminates when heat distortion resistance is required. Its high performance makes it particularly suitable for the production of oil tanks and pipes.

espol™ 38.05 is a non-accelerated, non-thixotropic vinyl ester resin that rapidly wets out reinforcements. It exhibits excellent resistance to a wide range of corrosive chemical environments at room and elevated temperatures. It is specifically designed for pultrusion applications. Due to its high elongation and flexibility, espol™ 38.05 can also be used in tooling and mold making.

Crystic® Polyester Resin R115PA is a general purpose thixotropic, pre-accelerated, orthophthalic, unsaturated polyester resin. It has a 10-minute gel time and is suitable for use in buidling and construction, transportation and industrial applications by hand lay up or by spray application for the production of most glass reinforced laminates.

Crystic® Polyester Resin 272 is an isophthalic polyester resin. It is recommended for use in high-performance applications using filament winding, pultrusion, and centrifugal or contact molding processes. The fully cured laminates have high mechanical strength and excellent strength retention in wet environments at temperatures up to 60ºC.

ISO112 is an isophthalic unsaturated polyester resin type 1140 according to DIN 16946-2. ISO112 is particular indicated in outdoor application.

Cuyahoga Plastics EB5000-1 is A U.L recognized, flame retardant, mineral-filled, glass fiber reinforced polyester thermoset molding compound suitable for compression, transfer, and injection molding. It is currently supplied in bulk form, cut preforms, and box length extrusions.

T19X9 is an orthophthalic unsaturated polyester resin tixotropic, preaccellerated , and catalysis indicator. T19X9 is mostly used in hand lay-up application.

Cuyahoga Plastics AB1000F is an extremely high heat resistant, electrical grade thermoset composite molding compound. Compression, transfer and injection molding grades are available. It is currently supplied in bulk form, cut preforms and box length extrusions.

USP-EAGLE (BU130-70) is Unsaturated Polyester resin with good flexibility, high translucency, non-accelerated and non thixotropic. It is used in manufacture of buttons by centrifugation and casting rods procedures.
