EcoPaXX® Q-HG6 is a long aliphatic polyamide with excellent chemical and hydrolysis resistance. It is suitable for thermal management applications and other structural parts. It offers exceptional chemical resistance, low moisture absorption, a very high melting point, and a high crystallization rate. The material can be processed using injection molding technology. It is heat stabilized and contains 30% glass reinforcement.

Dragonox® CPL is an antioxidant with strong tinting strength. It is mainly used as a compound that protects tints and non-dirt dyes. This product may also be applied in polymer processing to enhance stability. VANQUISH™ 100 Antimicrobial is based on the active agent N-butyl-1,2-benzisothiazolin-3-one (BBIT) and is recommended for use in tough and demanding applications especially those exposed to high UV levels. It is a broad spectrum antimicrobial used to prevent fungal, bacterial, and algal spoilage of polymers such as PVC, polyurethane, silicone, polyolefin, polyester, and acrylic articles such as shower curtains, coated fabric, vinyl wall coverings, floor coverings, appliance gaskets, wall and floor coatings, and swimming pool, pond, and ditch liners.

Acti-Min® PG is a carefully produced, high quality, kaolin clay designed for the paint industry. It is also well suited to adhesives, sealants, and white rubber applications. Strict attention to the clay source and to process control assures a consistently high brightness and suitable particle size for the use in the contractor-grade paints. The naturally fine particle size of Acti-Min® PG keeps the +325 Mesh low and has a higher percentage of particles less than 0.5 microns compared to coarser clays. This size distribution allows the paint formulator to maximize the hiding power of titanium dioxide (TiO2), while reducing overall formulation cost.

Crown Clay is a high quality, air float, sedimentary, hard kaolin clay. Strict attention to production and quality control assures a high degree of product uniformity. Hard clays are very fine in their natural particle size. This limits how much hard clay can be incorporated into a rubber com-pound. Typical loading levels range from 20 to 150 phr. Hard clay provides high modulus, tensile strength, abrasion re-sistance, green strength and provides stiffness to elastomeric compounds.

Acti-Min® RG is a high quality, low residue, air floated sedimentary hard kaolin clay. Strict attention to production and quality control assures a high degree of product uniformity. Acti-Min RG is classified to a very low 325 mesh residue, making it suitable for any customers who may be sensitive to fine, non-kaolin residue. Hard Clays are very fine in their natural particle size. They provide high modules, tensile strength, abrasion resistance, green strength and stiffness to elasometric compounds.

SANPRENE LQ-258 is used for resin of artificial leather & synthetic leather-Top layer for moisture-permeable & waterproofing fabrics (resulting film has the excellent moisture permeability).

SANPRENE LQ-336N is used for resin of artificial leather & synthetic leather-Top layer for moisture-permeable & waterproofing fabrics (resulting film has the excellent moisture permeability).

SANPRENE LQ-3300 is used for resin of artificial leather & synthetic leather-Top layer for moisture-permeable & waterproofing fabrics (resulting film has the excellent moisture permeability).

SANPRENE LQ-2300 is used for the production of microporous layers in wet processes. They are suitable for leather for shoe tops with a rather hard feel. The resulting films exhibit excellent hydrolysis resistance.

SANPRENE LQ-X3800 is used for resin of artificial leather & synthetic leather-Top layer for moisture-permeable & waterproofing fabrics (resulting film has the excellent moisture permeability).

SANPRENE LQ-X31A is used for resin of artificial leather & synthetic leather-Top layer for moisture-permeable & waterproofing fabrics (resulting film has the excellent moisture permeability).

SANPRENE LQ-660 is used for the production of microporous layers in wet processes. It is particularly suitable for leather for women’s shoes with a smooth, standard hard feel. It excels in properties to form uniform microporous film when used together.

SANPRENE LQ-3358 is particularly suitable for the production of microporous layers for shoe tops in wet processes. It is designed to achieve good balance between film forming properties and resistance to low-temperature flex cracking. The resulting film has excellent hydrolysis resistance.

SANPRENE LQ-X5 is used for the production of microporous layers in wet processes. It imparts softness feel and a good hot embossing property to leather. It is suitable for women’s shoes.

NBR 1845 is essentially an acrylonitrile (17-20%) and 1,3-butadiene copolymer obtained by emulsion polymerization method with the use of fatty acid soaps as emulsifier in accordance with the ecologically clean technology. Low content of acrylonitrile, good frost-resistance, satisfactory oil resistance.

Butadiene-methylstyrene synthetic rubber SBR-1723 TDAE is essentially a product of copolymerization of butadiene with α-methylstyrene in emulsion at a temperature of (4-8) °C where complex emulsifiers based on fatty acid and resin soaps are used. The rubber contains high -aromatic oil and stabilizers of amine-phenol type.

Styrene-butadiene synthetic rubber SSBR-3755 TDAE is the copolymerization product of 1,3-butadiene with styrene in hydrocarbon solvent in the presence of organolithium compounds and it is filled with TDAE oil and stabilized with staining antioxidant.

Synthetic styrene-butadiene rubber Styrene-butadiene synthetic rubber SSBR-4040 TDAE is the copolymerization product of 1,3-butadiene with styrene in hydrocarbon solvent in the presence of organolithium compounds and it is filled with TDAE oil and stabilized with staining antioxidant. The polymer contains no nitrosamines and substances that may become a source of nitrosamines.

Synthetic styrene-butadiene rubber is obtained by emulsion copolymerisation of butadiene with styrene and filled with TDAE oil

Synthetic cis-butadiene rubber BR-1243 Nd HV is a product of polymerization of butadiene in solution in the presence of rare-earth metal-base catalysts with addition of an antioxidant, which contains at least 97% of 1,4-cisbonds. The polymer contains no nitrosamines or substances that may be a source of nitrosamines.
